Strategic Challenge.
VAAAS are a new business in a competitive industry, and we knew our challenge was to create a brand that not only stands out but also shifts the traditional perception of outsourcing staff, and hits the mark with recruitment agencies, large and small in order to build early traction for a brand new business.
Our Response.
Under our Custom Launch process, we set about a strategic process that took VAAAS from nought to launch in just four weeks. Following the research and strategic phase, we discovered a golden nugget of information: In recruitment, "having that extra 1% gives you that edge to win over your competition."
If we could tap into this competitive mindset and desire to be the best, we could shape a brand that takes an old-school industry by storm.
